Abstract

This research aims to analyze the understanding of student management at Tunas Unggul Vocational School Bekasi in the context of implementing accreditation visits. The focus of the research lies in how student management strategies, procedures and implementation are implemented to meet the accreditation standards set by the National School/Madrasah Accreditation Board (BAN-S/M). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research show that Tunas Unggul Bekasi Vocational School has a good understanding of student management, including admissions planning, potential development, as well as ongoing evaluation of students' academic and non-academic development. However, there are several challenges in terms of consistent program implementation and documentation that still need to be improved to support optimal accreditation achievements. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for other schools in managing students effectively, especially when facing accreditation visits
