Abstract

This study aims to identify and address challenges in financial management and organizational structure at Yayasan Diniyyah Putri, an educational institution focused on providing Islamic education for women. One of the main issues faced by the foundation is the poorly structured financial management and the lack of clear delegation within its entrepreneurial sector. This has led to a lack of transparency in managing budgets and hampered decision-making processes. This study focuses on the implementation of two main approaches: Cashless Management to optimize financial management, and organizational restructuring to improve operational efficiency.

The methods applied include seminars, training, and the implementation of a sales administration system application designed to improve transparency and efficiency in financial transaction recording. The seminar was held to provide theoretical understanding about the importance of structured financial management and the role of technology in non-profit organizations. Training was provided for foundation managers to implement the sales administration system application, which facilitates the management of financial transactions in real-time.

The results of the study show that the implementation of Cashless Management successfully improved financial transparency, with more accurate and efficient transaction recording. The organizational restructuring also brought positive impacts, including faster decision-making and clearer task delegation among sectors within the foundation. Additionally, the use of the sales administration system application helped reduce the workload of the foundation's staff and accelerated administrative processes. Feedback from the foundation's managers indicated high satisfaction with the changes made, although some challenges in adapting to the new organizational structure and digital system still remain.

This study contributes to the development of a management model for non-profit educational organizations by integrating technology into financial management and organizational improvement. The recommendations derived from this study include conducting regular benchmarking with other pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) that have successfully implemented similar systems, as well as emphasizing continuous training to ensure the sustainability of the applied systems
