Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of school supervisors, principals, and teachers selected for the third cohort of the school empowerment program regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum at the elementary school (SD) level. The implementation method utilizes a training scheme delivered through lectures, discussions, and group work conducted in a virtual face-to-face format. There were 23 participants, consisting of school supervisors, principals, and teacher representatives from the learning committee, originating from 6 elementary schools. The activity took place at SDN Citamiang 1 Kota Sukabumi, SDIT Andalusia Kota Sukabumi, SD Kehidupan Baru Kota Sukabumi, SD Islam Teknologi Pasim Arrayan Kota Sukabumi, SDN Cipeuteuy Kabupaten Sukabumi, and SDN Sukatani Kabupaten Cianjur. The activity was structured into presentation and question-and-answer sessions, demonstrating the participants' enthusiasm in acquiring knowledge and insights into the implementation of the independent curriculum at the elementary school level. The results of the community service activity indicate that the participants gained in-depth insights and comprehensive guidance to implement the independent curriculum as a driving school in their respective school environments
