Tips Mengelola Keuangan Rumah Tangga bagi Pasangan Muda di Pondok Pesantren Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman

Abstract

Family financial planning is a crucial aspect in achieving financial stability and well-being. The main problem faced by many families is the lack of preparation in preparing funds for children's education and protection through health and life insurance. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) is to provide practical understanding and skills to the community, especially young couples, regarding the importance of financial planning which includes children's education funds and health and life insurance. The methods used in this PkM include counseling and workshops held at the Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School. The counseling focuses on the importance of preparing children's education funds, practical steps to save, and the basics of investment. Meanwhile, the workshop provided information on choosing the right health and life insurance, including needs evaluation, policy comparison, and investment diversification strategies. The conclusion of this PkM activity shows that education about financial planning can increase the awareness and ability of young couples in managing family finances. With a better understanding of children's education funds and health and life insurance, it is hoped that families can achieve their financial goals and ensure long-term well-being and financial security
