Pelaksanaan Supervisi Pendidikan pada Satuan Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF) di Kabupaten Bogor

The implementation of educational supervision in non-formal education units (PNF) in Bogor Regency faces challenges in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the supervision process. To answer these needs, a digital-based supervision instrument known as e-supervision was developed. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-supervision in supporting educational supervision in PNF. The research approach uses a descriptive method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of e-supervision can improve the quality of supervision by accelerating data collection, facilitating monitoring of the supervision process, and increasing collaboration between supervisors and educators. However, this implementation also faces challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and digital capabilities of educators. Overall, e-supervision makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of non-formal education in Bogor Regency, but adequate training and infrastructure support are needed to optimize its use
