Pendampingan Lembaga Pendidikan Non Formal Guna Pengembangan Mutu Pendidikan di PKBM Nur Iman

This research aims to analyze the assistance of non-formal education institutions to develop the quality of education at PKBM Nur Iman. Mentoring is an important strategy in improving the quality of education, especially in non-formal institutions that face challenges in terms of resources and management. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that assistance at PKBM Nur Iman is carried out through managerial guidance, increasing the capacity of teaching staff, and developing a curriculum that is relevant to community needs. This approach has proven effective in improving the quality of education, which is reflected in increased student learning outcomes, more professional institutional management, and active participation from the surrounding community. These findings confirm that structured and sustainable mentoring can be the key to developing the quality of education in non-formal institutions
