This activity aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of final-year students and selected teachers participating in the Amaliyyah-l-Tadris (Micro-Teaching) guidance program in implementing strategies, methods, and practical teaching-learning activities for 1st to 3rd-grade junior high school students. The implementation method uses a training scheme presented in the form of lectures, discussions, and direct group work. The participants consist of 111 final-year students from the Al-Ghozali Modern Islamic Boarding School. Selected teachers who mentor the students are assigned based on their expertise in the subject matter and prior experience with the Amaliyyah-l-Tadris process. The activity was conducted at the Al-Ghozali Modern Islamic Boarding School in Curug, Bogor Regency. The program ran for three weeks, structured into presentation and Q&A sessions, followed by hands-on practice by the final-year students. In addition to training students to become teachers, the program also expanded their knowledge and understanding of direct teaching implementation, including lesson preparation, material creation, selection of teaching strategies and media, practice, and collaborative evaluation. The results of this activity demonstrated that participants gained in-depth insights and comprehensive guidance on the practical implementation of teaching, covering lesson preparation, material creation, selection of teaching strategies and media, hands-on practice, and evaluation within the school environment.
