Abstract

This study aims to explore efforts in improving teacher motivation and integrity in MTs Al Madani. With a focus on the context of Islamic education, this study uses a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the role of the principal in improving performance motivation and teacher integrity in MTs Al Madani is the role of the principal as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader, as an innovator and as a motivator highlighting the importance of setting performance hours, auditing performance. provide feedback, and provide what is needed from employees in this case are teachers, provide continuous training, professional development, and the establishment of a positive work environment in increasing the motivation and integrity of MTs Al Madani teachers. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of education policy and human resource management in Islamic educational institutions.
