Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan fundamental dalam praktik manajemen pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam sistem manajemennya. Pendekatan kajian pustaka digunakan untuk mengevaluasi literatur terkini terkait digitalisasi dalam pendidikan Islam, mulai dari implementasi e-learning, digitalisasi administrasi pendidikan, hingga penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dakwah dan pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi menawarkan peluang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Namun, tantangan berupa kesenjangan digital, rendahnya literasi teknologi, dan resistensi budaya masih menjadi hambatan besar, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kebijakan strategis, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pendidik, serta pengembangan konten digital Islami yang kontekstual sebagai langkah menuju transformasi yang berkelanjutan dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi rujukan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang manajemen pendidikan Islam yang adaptif dan relevan di era digital.
