This article aims to explore the role of Islamic education management in developing digital character among students. The research method used is qualitative with interviews and observations in several Islamic education institutions. The results show that effective education management can create a learning environment that supports the development of digital skills, as well as relevant Islamic values. In addition, the integration of technology in the Islamic education curriculum is proven to increase student motivation and engagement. This study aims to analyze the effect of principals' academic supervision and teachers' pedagogical competence on teaching productivity in Junior High Schools (SMP) in Bogor Regency. Using a correlational survey method with a quantitative approach, this study involved 124 teachers taken from various sub-districts using a stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a significant influence between academic supervision and pedagogical competence on teacher teaching productivity. Principals' academic supervision has a correlation coefficient of 0.800 and teachers' pedagogical competence shows a correlation coefficient of 0.818, both of which contribute greatly to increasing teaching productivity. The combination of these two factors contributes 74.6% to teaching productivity. Based on these findings, this article recommends strengthening principal development policies with effective supervision training and developing teachers' pedagogical competence through ongoing training. Effective communication between teachers and students is vital in creating a conducive learning environment. The study highlights that interpersonal communication, not just the teaching methods, significantly contributes to student engagement and motivation. The research focuses on how a teacher’s ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships influences students’ academic performance, particularly in subjects that blend cognitive and moral learning, such as Aqidah Akhlak. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation with teachers, students, and the headmaster. Findings indicate that students who experience positive teacher-student interactions are more likely to feel motivated and perform better. Additionally, interpersonal communication is shown to enhance students’ behavioral aspects, such as discipline and responsibility. The results showed that the role of the principal in improving performance motivation and teacher integrity in MTs Al Madani is the role of the principal as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader, as an innovator and as a motivator highlighting the importance of setting performance hours, auditing performance. provide feedback, and provide what is needed from employees in this case are teachers, provide continuous training, professional development, and the establishment of a positive work environment in increasing the motivation and integrity of MTs Al Madani teachers. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara konseptual peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi digital ke dalam sistem manajemennya. Pendekatan kajian pustaka digunakan untuk mengevaluasi literatur terkini terkait digitalisasi dalam pendidikan Islam, mulai dari implementasi e-learning, digitalisasi administrasi pendidikan, hingga penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat dakwah dan pembelajaran. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi menawarkan peluang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Namun, tantangan berupa kesenjangan digital, rendahnya literasi teknologi, dan resistensi budaya masih menjadi hambatan besar, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya kebijakan strategis, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi pendidik, serta pengembangan konten digital Islami yang kontekstual sebagai langkah menuju transformasi yang berkelanjutan dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method, involving 120 teachers from four public and private SMPs. Data collection was done using a questionnaire based on indicators of teacher empowerment, pedagogical competence, and teaching productivity.</em></p> <p><em>The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that teacher empowerment by school principals has a significant impact on teaching productivity with a coefficient of 0.536 (p < 0.01), while pedagogical competence also significantly contributes with a coefficient of 0.462 (p < 0.01). Simultaneously, both variables explain 69.8% of the variability in teaching productivity. These findings indicate that a combination of inspirational leadership and capacity building for teachers significantly enhances the quality of teaching.</em></p> <p><em>The discussion reveals that school principals play a strategic role as change agents in fostering a culture of quality through transformational leadership. Effective empowerment and enhancement of teacher competence are key to achieving innovative and meaningful learning. This study employs library research using published written materials analyzed through a sociological approach. Religious education refers to the educational process that specifically imparts religious-based knowledge.
